Boonion Station makes Union Station a free family Halloween stop
Saturday, October 31, 11:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. on the South Patio; no ticket is required.
Los Angeles Union Station is turning its South Patio into a family Halloween gathering on October 31. The seventh Boonion Station runs from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and is free to attend without tickets.
What is on the program
The organizer lists balloon artists, face painting, crafts, trick-or-treating and music. Metro Art contributes a monster-making activity and a poetry booth. Costume-contest categories include children, teens, adults and family or duo entries.
Getting there
The station is served by multiple rail and bus services; check a current journey plan rather than assuming a particular route from your neighborhood. If driving, the organizer lists East and West parking starting at $8.
Only service animals are permitted in the event space. Check the organizer’s instructions before bringing a bicycle or planning a visit with a pet.
