According to the seller, the house has a heat pump and the garage allows electric-vehicle charging. The connection type, voltage and charging capacity will be confirmed from the technical documentation. Solar capacity, installation date, batteries, heating specifications and warranties will be checked against available documents.
Floor plans and area methodology
The plans date from December 1984. They are archival project documents, not a confirmation of the present layout. The above-ground total includes circulation spaces recorded in the project. The basement, garage and balcony are treated separately. Current measurements and a consistent area methodology are still required.
Land, title and historical records
The supplied title extract LV 836, dated 12 October 2026, identifies parcels 127/1 and 127/2 and house no. 412. It lists two co-owners with equal half shares. The property is offered as a whole.
Sections C and D and pending-registration entries were blank in that extract. Section B1 records a right benefiting parcel 127/2 over neighbouring parcel 129/1. Its scope must be checked in the underlying deed. We will provide an up-to-date extract and available documentation during discussions.
Further archival records are being prepared. The historical narrative, names and ownership transfers will be published only after the documents are verified.
